Updated Fabrex UI Theme: New colour system and outlined components
Fixed: Suppliers can now successfully upload an image when creating or editing a Resource Instance

New Fabrex UI Theme
Introduced a new visual direction for the Fabrex interface, focusing on consistency, reduced visual noise, and improved readability:
Primary color removed — secondary is now used for both primary and secondary actions
App Bar updated from white to secondary
Tables now outlined with reduced paddings
Cards now outlined, with reduced padding and updated colour treatment
