A splash of color for your team

Brighter avatars, better collaboration
We’ve refreshed how avatars and file thumbnails appear throughout the platform. When available, Gravatar is used for user profiles. If not, a clean, color-enhanced fallback avatar ensures better visual clarity.
This improves team visibility and makes communication smoother across quoting, orders, and manufacturing views.
Instant PDF previews

Consistent file previews across the platform
PDF files now show inline previews, letting you view drawings and documents without downloading them. This works across the platform — in attachments, quote items, manufacturing inputs, and more.
We’ve also unified how file previews look, providing a more consistent and intuitive experience wherever files are involved.
Smarter Quotes, Your Way

More flexible and professional Quote PDFs
Take your Quote PDFs to the next level with new customization options. You can now:
- Upload a custom footer image (like your company’s logo or certification badges)
- Set a custom disclaimer text in the footer
- Choose where your billing information appears
These options help align your quotes with your brand identity and business requirements.

Greater control over payment method defaults
Suppliers can now assign default payment methods to each client and to individual orders — adding more control when dealing with varying payment terms.
You’ll also see the order’s default payment method clearly reflected in the Quote PDF, using a new optional display field that you can customize per payment method.
